GEVLR-I,II principle

  • 01 Start

GEVLR-I and II automatically start operating when the tank pressure reaches the threshold.

  • 02 Intake

Injection of vapor into GEVLR-I and II

  • 03 Liquefy

Liquefaction of vapor into gas through condensation

  • 04 Outlet

Returning the gas to the tank and discharging the purified air into the atmosphere

  • 05 Standby

GEVLR-I and II stops operating when the tank pressure returns to normal level.

GEVLR-I,II System

  • Freezing system
    1. Cooling the vapor with compressor
    2. The liquefied gasoline flows into the tank again through the cooling cycle.
  • Separation system
    1. Separation of gas and water
    2. Filtering the impurities with activated carbon
    3. Separation of gas and air
  • Electrical system
    1. Controller. PLC
    2. Communication module
    3. Electronic control module
  • Cloud system
    1. Online monitoring /online bill payment
    2. Support for multiple platforms(IOS, Android, PC, MAC)
    3. Connected to the monitoring system of environmental protection authorities

GECO vapor recovery and liquefaction system

Massive amount of oil and gas is evaporated during the process of discharge, storage, and refueling of oil in gas stations. The equipment of our company captures and liquefies aforesaid high density gas, capable of automatic collection and measurement.

Effect of Product

Explosion accident in gas stations, oil storage facilities, unloading vehicles, etc., can be prevented effectively, and health damage caused by inhalation of harmful substances can be reduced, increasing the safe and environment-friendly effect.
The recovered oil and gas can be converted into gasoline through liquefaction process and liquefied in large quantity, boosting the economic efficiency.
It reduces carbon dioxide(CO2) emissions effectively, meeting the national requirements for environment.
